The Media and the Shutdown - a Democrat Manufactured Nightmare!

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D)
OBSERVATIONS: The so-called "government shutdown" exposed the worst part of the marriage between the Democrat party and the US mainstream media. The media coverage of the "shutdown" was obviously bias and outright unethical and the days when the media used to apologize for not being honest is gone, now they are proud of helping the Democrat party, and doing so by personally attacking the Democrats opponents; the Republican party. And poisoned the minds of the public against their opponents.
Harry Reid and President Obama, the two tough guys of the Democrat party shut the government down by refusing to sign the House budget which left Obamacare out. They weren't thrill that the Obamacare law is not being funded though they amended that law without congressional authority, 19 times, and giving out exemptions left to right; for big companies and for congress. American voters are thrown under the bus by the government that claims to represent them. They don't give a damn what they do or say because the media is there to wipe their assholes. For instance, when they say the 'American people are tired of this politics' - they ignore the fact that  majority of the Americans (by pre-government shutdown polls) didn't like Obamacare and didn't agree with the exemptions the Democrat party is giving to big businesses and special interest groups such as Unions. When these two men talks about working for the interest of the people, they didn't mention the fact that the "individual mandate" (which requires penalty for individual citizens who don't buy a healthcare plan) is in the heart of the Teaparty fight! And the media didn't even call them out on it, and when a reporter from CNN questioned Harry Reid of refusing to put out the House bill which would fund cancer research for children, he snapped and called her "irresponsible". In all, the leftwing media had a single message day in and day out for two weeks and that is - the Teaparty held the country "hostage," which is a Democrat punchline coming out of the Senate, and that is simply misleading and malicious at best.
So, not only did the government gives exemptions to big companies and unions who helped Obama secured his second term, the government wanted the "debt ceiling" raised to pay its massive bureaucracy, in spite of the fact that US is about $17 trillion in debt. Senator Reid and President Obama both blasted Republican party over the debt-ceiling debate when President George Bush asked congress to raise the debt ceiling.
And the American people get their news from the news media, and all they heard was everything about the Republican party. As a result, the polls showed Americans don't  have a good favorable view of the Republican party. But the same public also rated Reid and Obama lower than past Democrat leaders. Yet the media refuses to report on it as they did relentless;y when Bush's polls hit the 30s. Somehow, the media pretends Obama's polls is not news!
The media is a joke!
