Governor's Race in Virginia is nastier than any race in recent memory!

Terry McAliffe: Studied law a Georgetown University.
A commentator asked 'why Virginians never become president of United States of America' for many years. And went on to analyze the complexity of the beltway politics in a very thorough and simplistic analysis, but while listening, I said to myself - its simple, Virginians elected the most ridiculous fools to the Senate and the House in the past decades, and are poised to elected one of the buffoons of Washington, D.C as governor.
This is the state where many founders are buried, and where sacred grounds memorialized individuals who gave their lives fighting to free the colonies from the brutality of the British Empire. This beautiful state bears the scars of the Revolutionary war against England, and the civil war which led to the emancipation of the African American people. This is the state that produced some of the brilliant minds who signed the Declaration of Independence. This is Virginia.
Like many recent political race in this country, candidates in races here in Virginia do engage in nasty political fights, but this one is nastier in my opinion. And one can tell from the rhetoric of both parties that the days of substantive engagement and rational public discourses have long gone; history. Today, the need to generate unlimited sums of money, and the desire to impact the nation's politics coupled with the intrusiveness of political parties, overshadowed the most important aspect of political discourse; the need to engage in meaningful debate.
What is a meaningful discussion? This is a relevant question to ask but one that Virginian leaders don't want to talk about. The lack of meaningful discussion can be attributed to the nature of our political system today; the notion that one party is the enemy of the other is making socalled "debate" a verbal combat. The traditional discussion where ideas are thrown out to the public and voters are left to make up their minds had been replaced with each candidate - and surrogates - tearing each other to pieces. With party interest and abundance of funds from independent undisclosed financial bundlers, during debate, each candidate goes for the throat for a quick kill - to make sure that the candidate is not only badly hurt but the party he or she represents is incapacitated also.
We saw this "over-kill" political culture in the most recent presidential election where President Obama's superpac puts out an ad claiming that a man lost his wife because he was laid off after Gov Romney's equity firm bought off that bankrupt plant and sent the man home. Fact is, without Romney he would have been jobless, but for him, he remained working for almost a year. Fact-checkers also debunked every ounce of that claim citing that the firm didn't throw him out but that the union representing him refused to terms of the contracts, resulted in massive layoffs. Even so, the damage had already been done on Romney by the severely dishonest Obama surrogates. And though the battle had been settled with the Democrat party triumphed over the Republican party in 2012, the damage and lack of trust between the two parties may go on for years and will affect many presidential races to come.
Ken Cuccinelli. Studied Law at George Mason University
The fight has come to Virginia and the same tactic can be seen from everywhere. The Democrat has Terry McAuliffe on the ticket against former Attorney General of Virginia, Ken Cuccinelli, a brave attorney represents Virginia under the Republican administration of Governor Bob McDonald. Our local radio, facebook, youtube, and our cable TV are bombarded with ads from both parties which are extremely personal but worst of all are the claims by the Democrat candidate. Recent polls show McAuliffe ahead in single digit, with some polls showing a statistical tie. Among women, however, McAuliffe beats Cuccinelli. He is leading significantly, and those those who follow this race closely would know exactly why.
As in the presidential race, truth is a luxury Virginians can't afford. In this case, the Democrat party and its candidate made a flase claim and stuck with it to this day even though all political pundits proved it to be false. The false claim is this - the Republican party will "deny contraceptive pills" for women. It seems that the overwhelming efforts of the Democrat party and its drones is working since women are flocking to their camp. Obviously, McAuliffe and his surrogates aren't interested in the accuracy of their criticism, so long as it sounds good for the Democrat course. The malicious execution of this campaign process, means the fundamental truths aren't important at all and this is important because this is the party that claims to bring back "honesty" to the America.
It is a fact that the governor of Virginia has no authority - under the State Constitution nor the rights reserved to the governor - to unilaterally ban women from anything. This is, in retrospective, a line borrowed from the Democrat "War against women" slogan which worked against Republicans in 2012 presidential election when hospitals were "ordered" (for the first time in US history) to provide "morning-after-pill" to even girls considered very young for sex. The pills is used in other areas but is also known for controlling pregnancy. The Republican party argue that the government doesn't have the right to tell someone else' child to take birth control pills. This is a responsibility better left for the parents. In an attempt to brainwash the public, the Democrat party paraded experts and private citizens in Washington, D.C to claim that their right - not one sanctioned by the US constitution but a constructed one - to contraceptive pills was denied by Christians and potentially the Republican candidate. That claim spiraled out of control and Republicans were attacked relentlessly by the Democrat party and their Leftwing media hacks of hating women and treating women inferior to men. The lies surrounding this claim were all debunked but the media pressured on, and successfully swayed the women vote toward the Democrat party. This is the same tactic the Democrat is executing in Virginia.
Mr McAuliffe's claim that Cuccinelli and his Republican party will ban this and that unilaterally is absolutely false and malicious, but its a claim he is willing to die for. Birth control pills can be purchased over the counters throughout Virginia cheaper than any other medication, even under the current Republican governor. Women voters should ask themselves, if what McAuliffe is saying is true, why on earth the current Republican governor aint banning this garbage? The simple answer is - because he doesn't have the power to.
Just yesterday, the Republican candidate gathered Attorney Generals he had been working with to sue the Obama administration over Obamacare to try and salvage the damage. And his message was all too simple - McAuliffe is a waterboy for the President and the Democrat party; dishonest and not representing the interest of Virginians. All who spoke at this gathering, praised Cuccineli's fight against the President's landmark healthcare law on behalf of the people of this great state.
In 2010, hours after the Senate and the House - both controlled by Democrats - and the president tabled the Affordable Care Act bill and passed. He, Cuccinelli, struck. He sued the Obama administration while the Republican administration in Virginia moved to criminalize the new late citing some serious breaches of the US constitution, namely the "individual mandate" and the "Commerce Clause" which regulates intestate commerce, or business. This humongous, intrusive bill was passed into law by people who already lost during the midterm election of 2010; they had nothing to lose and no "two minded" on what they should do about the bill. In all, the bill was passed 50+1 (or 50 members of the Senate plus the president) using the parliamentary maneuver which only possible at the congress between the Senate and the House of Congress. This stupid trick doesn't require the 2/3 or the 60 votes needed in the Senate to pass an unpopular law. And to show the ugliness and the unpopular law, no Democrat candidates in 2010 midterm campaign, actually ran on this law.
It is this argument that Cuccinelli puts out to country the lies; who is representing the needs of Virginians? His opponents is not running on any massively large, impressive public service duty other than his desires to continue darting falsehoods against his opponent. Those who spoke, spoke highly of Cuccinelli and mostly highlighting his long term service to the state of Virginia. And his quick action to protect Virginians against the intrusion of Washington, D.C. But despite of the support of other AGs, the damage caused by the deliberate lie emanating from Democrat party, may last for a long time.
Times have obviously changed and the days when Americans were allowed to formulate their own ideas about certain fundamental issues, are long gone! Today, the talkatives and celebrities now taking the lead in shaping and reshaping the American minds. For instance, though Obama won Virginia in two significant races (2008 & 2012), majority of these voters didn't seem to know that the coming out of the ACA law.
A few years ago, President Obama talked about his vision for American, in which he stated that he wanted America to adopt the Canadian model of healthcare system which is the single payer system, but then promised to transition America toward that part. This warning never reached voters who are now upset that after signing up to a website which promises them "Affordable insurance," they discover their premiums have soared and that they would, under ACA, get higher premiers compared to what they currently have. And even now that portion of the law is being implemented, with its worst parts deferred for 2014, and that the words of President Obama - "If you like your healthcare, you can keep it" were nothing but a huge verbal lie, voters appeared to be gravitating toward McAuliffe. So, if the disastrous debut of this law and the projected catastrophic effect on Virginian economy, failed to sway these voters, many of them are African Americans, then they have themselves to blame in this race and 2014 forward.
The future of Virginia depends on coal other energy sources, and a Republican governor and a Republican president will unleash these raw resources and boost the economy like the conservative state of North Dakota. A McAuliffe administration, on the other hand, will channel everything in Obama's contemptuous energy and health policies with ease, making everything extremely tough for Virginian businesses. He will also drive up inflation in VA by allowing WA, D.C to control and have direct access to American healthcare and personal medical records, and by helping implement Obama's environmental policy which was created without Congress' authority to regulate coal - an industry he openly stated in the past he would kill. Penalizing Virginians for not buying a health insurance will result in more layoffs, and many companies closing down. In Florida,  to date, 300,000 Floridians lost their health insurance as insurance companies restructuring to save money amidst the ACA implementation. A McAuliff government will further drive disadvantaged Americans to foodstamps and government dependency welfare, as Obama did in his fifth year in office, like no other governor in the history of this state. He is representing a party that jacked up welfare recipients by tens of millions new dependents. Creating such a huge dependency class in America while cutting their hours of work from 40 hrs to less than 30 hrs a week while increase the cost of healthcare premiums for the people, as called for in the Affordable Care Act, is a recipe for total disaster, and if McAuliffe is elected to lead this state will be the first to collapse.
The two opposing views on government and the economy are playing out in Virginia in a very serious way. The Democrats believe in bigger government where people depending on it, and also believes in higher taxes for the rich people and corporations, which only drives people out of their homes. The Democrats also challenge the traditional belief and the reliability of the US Constitution, citing changes in society that aren't compatible with the words of the constitution. These clowns also despises the US military, often calling for cuts in their pay, and - from time to time - accusing them of killing innocent humans for fun.
The Republican, on the contrary, believes in smaller government, lower taxes to stimulate the economy, a strong defense as called for by the US constitution, and a vigorous working class. This view is the same view John Smiths of the first colony here in Virginia taught his people - work and eat. And off course the same philosophy many immigrants who came to this country decades ago embraced; not welfare checks, but their own money earned with their own hard labor.
To test the two opposing views , one should look at that different states across America. Out of the 50 states, the ones run by the Republican party with less welfare and lower taxes with small governments, are doing extremely find, lower unemployment rate and abundance of jobs. The Democrat states are going broke! Cities throughout California are filing bankruptcy, and its a matter of time and the State of California will file for bankruptcy followed by the Democrat infested state of New York and Chicago. In Wisconsin, the Democrats left a trail of destruction to the economy and the livelihood of the people. The voters, Democrats and Republicans realized their foreshadowed calamity, elected a Republican governor who cut government waste, reduce entitlements, getting rid of excessive welfare, and brought the government back from the brink with an impressive surplus. The Democrat attempted to snatch the government off of the Republican grip but failed.
There's a max exodus of Americans leaving CA and NYC and other major Liberal Democrat state such as Illinois, the home state of Obama, and Michigan. For Virginia, there's a huge boom in the economy in the foreseeable future but it depends on who won this race. And the two choices are clear; a one that bound to destruction and one that is  heading toward prosperity!
