NSA the Clandestine Gold Mining of World Data

Remarks: The world is shocked that the National Security Agency (NSA) is revealed to have done so much under the curtains to spy on world leaders, corporations, and Americans and foreign conversations without public knowledge. The defected NSA employee Snowden who is now - ironically - living in Russia, revealed programs that NSA uses to spy on world leaders and big corporations everyday. The reports sparked outrage from France, Brazil, and Germany and other world leaders - so much so that Angela Merkel of Germany summoned the US ambassador to Germany to answer questions pertaining to this new revelation. While such intrusion may come as a surprise to the world out there, it is not a new thing to the American public who have been living under government watch for a long time. After 9-11, US congress passed the Patriot Act (PA) which permits the government to spy on its citizens in the name of national security. Proponents of the law argued that at this age, it is important for the government to know who the terrorist agents are here back home, and their contacts in the middle east.
Though the government issues evidence of terrorists nabbed by utilization of the program, it is sickening to know that the government listens in when you call friends from other countries.
In 2008, a promising new candidate stormed the political arena, promised to do everything that the Bush administration destroyed in terms of public safety, confidence, and privacy. As president, he instead took these programs further than anyone could ever imagine. Not only did he preserved the PA contrary to his promised in 2008, he also enhanced the drone programs and the scope of "War Against Terror". Today, NSA is building a humongous data storage in Utah to store all the government data. That means, the program isn't shrinking but expanding. This NSA invasion is a violation of everything the US constitution stands for.
