Riot or not - Zimmerman is innocent based on Florida Law

I was anxious to watch the George Zimmerman v Florida case in which GZ is accused of shooting and killed a teenage boy - 16 year old Trayvon Martin (TM) outside Sanford, Florida, neighborhood complexes on a rainy dark night in February 2012. I was skeptical about Mr Zimmerman's story and thought that he should pay the price for what he did - taking the life of a young boy. The arrival of the trial date was such an excited event because I wanted to see the man hang by the prosecutors. I was eager to see the man tried and literally executed for his crime. On the first day, I had everything I wanted near so that I could sit and watch the opening statements and other pre-trial exercises - I don't wanna miss anything. After a couple of days in to the trial, I knew from all the evidences presented to the courts, Mr Zimmerman acted according to law and despite the fact that he shot JM and killed him, he is not a monster that the media had been portraying and should be should be released based on the self-defense law of Florida.

I observed Zimmerman as a very responsible man, who stood up every time prosecution witnesses were asked to identify him. He is well-dressed, suited, and calm. He doesn't appear to be the mean looking blood thirst Hispanic the media had been portraying. And off course, the photos exhibited in courts, demonstrated a man beaten badly and may have reacted to save his own life as any other human would. After seeing the photos of his battered face and messed up back of the head, it becomes obvious that he may have believed his life would end there if he didn't act - that is - killing his attacker.
Another crucial point I hope the jurors would consider is this: you don't scream help unless you are being attacked and pinned down.The prosecution argued that the call "Help Me!" came from TM when Zimmerman was manhandling them. The sound of despair and the call for help all consistent with the injuries that he sustained during the tussle. Besides, the two medical examiners all testified that the only injuries TM had were the injuries to his knuckles, consistent with punching someone with a close fist, and the bullet wound. You don't call for help if your face is not being battered by your attacker. In other words, the fact that TM didn't have facial or head injuries is inconsistent with the notion that he was the one screaming for help. I am convinced that it was Zimmerman.

Political nose-pulling leads to the trial 

It took TM's parent's and the involvement of Liberal race-baiters and activists such as J. Jackson and A. Sharpton, plus the African American communities and the Black Panthers, to force the state of Florida to go after Zimmerman. Hours after the death of TM, and after going through the normal police inspection and protocol shortly after the incident, Mr. Zimmerman was released only to rearrested and charged after a mass display of racial pressure and public protest. These are the same race exploiters that protested against Lacrosse players who were accused by a black girl of raping her at an off-campus party. After so much African American protest, the case fell apart even before going to the grand-jury. The men were freed and these race-baiters were no where to be seen; they were gone! They were back again forcing Florida to act on a case that has no spine.
The whole saga turned into a political circus when black activists claimed racism played a part in the killing of TM. Even the Black Panthers who are notorious for going after fake racial cases, clearly sending death threats to the defendant. The rule of law and the "Innocent until province guilty" slogan which is the basis of any Democrat justice system in the world, become simply irrelevant to this people. The arm-twisting and the public demonstrated organized by the African American community and led by people like Mr Sharpton, the state is left with nothing but prosecuting a man who simply did his job. The Martin's family further boosted by the the president of United States, Barrack Obama, who made statements relating to TM. That statement further infuriated the anti-Zimmerman's population.
The racial claims even made it all the way to the House of Congress. Representative Bobby Rush (Seen above) wearing a hooded coat similar to the one TM worn that night he was killed, on the floor of the House, turning the whole isolated case into a national drama. To these African American leaders, including president Obama, the killing was racially motivated, even before the facts came out. President Obama told reporters during the Harvard University professor's arrest which became a huge issue when he decided to chime in that it is a "fact" that blacks and Latino are being pulled over mostly for no reason - simply implying that racial profiling is prevalent in US today. Interestingly, all these assertions are wrong.

After a few weeks of testimony, the case looks extremely weak for the prosecutors. The prosecutors launched a clown show in the court room, parading some of the most weirdest witnesses ever seen in the history of court room drama. These prosecution witnesses didn't only substantiated Zimmerman's story, they made a fool of themselves. From the DNA experts to the eye-witnesses, the story took different shapes and directions and most of the time turning the court-room filled with grieving families into a circus theater. Laughter because of witnesses' own stupidities became the story of the entire trial, not the evidence presented. TM's best friend had so many conflicted versions of the events leading up to the death of TM, yet the prosecutors put her up to face some of the brutal cross examinations from Zimmerman's defense attorney.
Dr Valerie Bao, among many, made a total ass of herself when she suggested that injuries to the face of Zimmerman could be consistent with only one blow to the face and that the couple of lacerations to the back of the head also consistent with one contact to the concrete. The left and right sides of the head also had bruises and that the top of the head couldn't have been caused by the single slam to the concrete. The bump on the left side of Zimmerman's head, Dr. Bao concluded, is a natural shape of his head although she never seen that Zimmerman's head in person before making such bold statement. The drama and lies never stopped.

The racist media

The media is good at driving public perception and HLN is doing exactly that in portraying Zimerman as a guilty man who had no reason to kill TM. Racism is a term describing one's dislike for a particular race. Since the saga started, the media and so-called law enforcement "experts," relentlessly attacking Zimmerman, but this racial bias becomes too obvious throughout the trial from so-called media people. They didn't realize that their analysis are so blatantly one-sided that even fools such as Rachel Jeantel would get higher rating from these media clowns. The media's desire to see Zimmerman go to prison for decades can be seen even with veteran TV personality such as Nancy Grace. The bias analysis coming from CNN, MSNBC, and particularly HLN is way over the top. The media seems to suggest that no matter what, Zimmerman is guilty. They promoted this position in their own televisions shows.
HLN continues to play the audio recording of the 9/11 dispatcher asking Zimmerman if he was following TM which Zimmerman agreed with a "OK" reply. This channel is trying to remind its viewers that the dispatcher told him not to follow TM but he kept following him. They played this clip over and over again since the trial started and we all know why.
In after, when the 9/11 audio was released to the media, they decided to edit it in order to portray Zimmerman as a racist man following a black teenager. That audio went viral until it was exposed by those who had the full audio recordings. The deliberate distortions of Zimmerman's phone-call to 9/11 further infuriated the black community. The media had successfully fanning the racial flames, resulted in the ongoing trial. Should Zimmerman is assassinated or murdered as a result of that, NBC and HLN should be held accountable for driving and fueling racial hatred in this whole issue.

When Holly Wood involved in something, you know there's little credibility whether it is gay marriage, or gun-control. Jamie Foxx is seen here wearing a TM T-shirt calling for "Justice" for TM. This is the same racist black man hiding behind the title "Comedian" who loves to bash white people. He recently joked on TV about his new movie where he rescued his wife and "kill all the white people" then added - "How ​great is that?  And how black is that?” Interestingly, TM's own girl friend testified that TM himself called Zimmerman "Creepy ass white cracker" - a racist term used against white people. The prosecutors and the African American community failed to acknowledge the fact that the racists in this whole case are those who are using racial elements of the case to sway public opinions. The Black Panthers and the African American celebrities and activists who chimed in on a case with racial motives; they are the real problems, not Zimmerman.
Across America, activists are calling for justice for TM and even discussing the possibilities of a nationwide riot if Zimmerman walks free. My worst fear, however, is that President Obama and the Attorney General Eric Holder may not be able to protect Zimmerman and may not even address any nationwide protest against the man. The saddest thing is thing - we are supposed to live in post racial America, instead little things like this shows that some popular people and politicians still harbors ill feelings toward their fellow Americans. Zimmerman is part Hispanic and part Caucasian, but he is treated as a white man who killed a black boy. I wonder if the same enthusiasm in the African American community can be applied to the hundreds of black kids killed by black thugs and gangsters in Chicago. Mr Foxx and the rest of the African American activists should fight gang violence in Chicago where blacks slaughter each other every day. That is a more worthy cause than trying to crucify Zimmerman who killed to defend himself when attacked by a stranger. Evidence now showed TM had Marijuana in his blood and may have impaired his rational judgement.
