Snowden - NSA Leaker

I was watching the Senate oversight committee this morning grilling the intel community heads and a few minutes into the hearing, I wanted to scream - are you bloody out of your freaking minds? 
One of the men said Snowden had no access to any of the sensitive information as he portrayed himself... how certain is he? The fact of the matter is, Snowden knows the program "Prism" and if he is still talking, it is rather foolish for an intel head to say with absolute certainty that Snowden doesn't know what he is talking about when he revealed this incredibly secretive program which led to the dragnet of millions of Americans data. How could Snowden access such? It shows the failure of the government's intel community and the carelessness of the leaders of the intel community when it comes to secret data protection. 
If Snowden released more serious information, these leaders have not choice but to return to this committee and explain just how they messed out. As far as Snowden is concern, he is still talking and that more secrets are yet to come. If this is the case, these intel leaders must clear their names.
