'A Bond' created in the midst of total chaos is one that's hard to break!

The 'Lone Survivor' movie is based on a true story by former Navy Seal - Marcus Luttrell - who is the only survivor of a recon seal team which was ambushed in Northern Afghanistan by well-armed Taliban. This story would make you cry but its one that also gives you hope in the best that humanity can offer in the midst of chaos and total anarchy. A Navy Seal recon team's mission to locate a man known to have killed a number of US soldiers up in the rugged mountains of North Afghanistan but turned horrible wrong when they stumbled on goat-herders. Being true to their values, the seals let them go knowing full well their whereabouts had been compromised. An hour later, according to Luttrell who survived to tell the story, a number of well-trained, well armed, who outnumbered them, ambushed them and all 'hell break lose'. They fought hard and strong but greatly outnumbered. A seal team arrived at the scene to provide support was also shot down. In all, Luttrell was the lone survivor. But the most emotional part of that story is when a tribal leader stumbled upon him. He could have let him die, but he chose not to. He could have walked away and keep his tribe free of danger, but he chose not to. He brought Luttrell to his home and sworn to protect him. This man lived to tell the story and he also brought the man who saved him at least twice to the beautiful state of Texas. They created a lasting bond that defies all logic; they never met prior to that event on the hills, don't speak the same language, and they both from different backgrounds, race and ethnicity, but as the saying goes - "One good turn deserves another" - Luttrell owes his life to this tribal leader, and that the man who risked everything to save him, now enjoying free access to the US, courtesy of Luttrell's family. This is a bond that cannot be broken! One that will go down in history as a testament to the better side humanity can offer in time of severe stress and total anarchy. It gives us hope that even when evil finds human beings, some where in is a human that defies it; one that would defy the rules to ensure all humanity - emotion and love live on! This man who could have easily killed Luttrell chose to embrace him and that makes all the difference in the world. This movie is coming out tomorrow and I can't wait to see it!
