President Obama, through his drones, sent out messages upholding the rights of Israel to defend itself, but fell short of saying that US is behind Israel, nor did he condemn Hamas. Why can't he come out and openly state the obvious that Israel is being provoked by an organization the West already listed a "terrorist organization"? What is he hiding?
More than 80% of Muslim voters in USA voted for Obama, why? Was that a result of his open hostility toward Israel since 2009? Was Muslim vote an endorsement of his approach toward Israel? And last week, the Socialist party of America and a number of proPalestinian organizations protested outside President Obama's election headquarter in Chicago, calling Israel a terrorist state and calling for Obama to stop Israel, how about Hamas?
To make matters worse, rockets are claimed to have been fired from Egypt into Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. This disturbing development threatens a second front in this unprovoked attack on Israel. With its leader, who in the past had called for the destruction of Israel, and who recently attended a prayer at a mosque in Egypt where calls for the destruction of Israel was heard, already condemned Israel and vowed not to leave Palestinians this time. Are they looking for a war with Israel to fulfill the Obama backed Muslim Brotherhood's promise to destroy Israel? Egypt obviously never learned anything from from the "Six Day War" and how they got their butts kicked in 1973 - Yom Kippur War.
The other day, the State Department spokeswoman, called for Hamas to refrain from further attack and calling on "country representatives" (a reference to the Egyptian leader who was in the Gaza Strip) to broker a peaceful resolution. This naive spokeswoman who represented an administration that simply demonstrated a complete lack of interest in the affairs of its friend, ignored a simple fact that is Hamas (an organization whose charter calls for the destruction of Israel) is not interested in peace and after all it was Hamas who started this war, and that the leader of Egypt was in Gaza not to make peace but to show support for Hamas. How on earth can this administration ignored the facts of this war? Israel cannot sit back and watch its own population slaughtered by Iranian and Egyptian made rockets, just as did US in post 9/11. The IDF will act and react to threats of terrorism, even if it means an all out war against Gaza, AGAIN.
Those who criticized Israel at this moment, including European countries, should just shut up and leave Israel to defend itself. In fact, US invaded Afghanistan and Iraq, Russia rolled into George and annexed two Georgian territory against international laws, China crashed Tibetan protesters, Indonesia - used to be a member of the Human Rights Council - slaughtered Papuans in West Papua, Turkey against Kurd's rebels, and off course the world watched as Sri Lanka moved in and killed women, children, soldiers and every moving creature in Tamil Tigers' controlled territory, all in the name of so-called "Terrorism", but the world always rush to condemn Israel every time Israel hits back at its enemies whether its Hezbollah or Hamas, why?
Back here in US, Liberals and the Democrat party are openly hostile to Israel. In fact, "softening up Israeli/US relationship" was among the first Obama administration's policies. It is the first time a US sitting president trying to reach out to Arabs - Muslims while easing US tight relationship with Israel. In his pre-2008 election tour, Obama visited Muslim nations, but skipped Israel. He visited Israel ones, and humiliated Israeli prime minister during his visit to the White House a couple of yeas back. Recently, Obama snubbed Israeli prime minister who requested to meet with him prior to appearing at the UNGA. This behavior can be perceived by Iran and the Muslim brotherhood, and every Israeli hater, as an abandonment of Israel by the only country that can keep the balance in the ME.
Ealier in the week, a former Iranian US spy wrote on WND website that he got information that Iran has biological and chemical weapons and that there's a high possibility that Iran may give some to its proxy - Hezbollah and GOD FORBID, Hamas. These people are playing with fire; testing the only country in the ME capable of wiping its neighbors with a nuclear bomb is not a good idea.
While the Obama administration still reluctant to face the world on live television and call for peace and condemn the attacks on Israeli cities, its media agents here in the States are doing everything to distort the truth. Leftwing media not only refusing to call the Hamas attack on Israel a terrorist attack, which really is, they focused on Israeli's air raid and the possible ground invasion in an attempt to paint Israel as the hostile party in this battle. CNN also played a video the Palestinian propagandists in Gaza released to the world on live television to show badly injured people from IAF bombardment. The problem is, the injured man who was rushed to an ambulance in front of video cameras, was spotted in other videos walking around as if he had miraculously healed.
