A RACIST for the US Supreme Court

Judge Sonia Sotomayor will be sworn in as the first Hispanic judge in the Supreme Court considering the overwhelming Liberal supports, but who are the biggest losers in this nomination? Many writers pointed to the GOP members of the Senator Committee that heard the testimony of Judge Sotomayor and her supporters, as the biggest losers. To me, personally, I believe that the greatest losers of this hearing are the Liberals, Judge Sotomayor, and the White Americans.

The Biggest Losers!
The Democratic Senators who pleaded for fairness and respect for the soon-to-be Supreme Court Justice, Judge Sotomayor, were amongst the most cruel, radical examiners of most recent GOP nominees to the Supreme Court. They trashed the first African American nominee of racism, and all kinds of ridiculous charges, attempted filibustering the vote to confirm nominees of former President George W. Bush in a show of political arrogance and extreme partisan politics. NOW, they demanded respect, they praised the nominee, they pretended they didn't understand the nominee's philosophies, and often time misrepresented her statements, speeches, and rulings to sway listeners and Americans of the radical nature of this nominee. They talked more of the nominee as the most gracious, intelligent, and qualified individual ever appeared before them, but is she? Not good at anyting is what the Democrats are good at; they have no integrity and honesty, but anticipating others to render them that? The Democrats attempted to filibuster the nomination of Justic Alito and later denied it. What the chairman of the Committee that trashed Alito's nomination lying about their attempted filibuster:

They were extremely nasty and foremost, acted without thinking properly and now they demanded or wanted the GOP's respect. The Dems are so arrogant that they stand behind someone who is not only a racist, but a die-hard liberal who denied people (as a judge) based on their race.
Deep inside Judge Sotomayor's is a woman of radical philosophy, pure dishonesty- a big fat liar. I sat every morning listening to this slow-talking Judge who thinks that all Americans are so dumb so even understand her lies. She probably think that she can tap-dance around the issues especially "direct questions" without being noticed. For instance, she was asked about the "wise Latina" comment in which she stated the following:

"I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life," Sotomayor said in a speech at 2001 at the University of California, Berkeley, law school. cbs.com.

When asked about it she twisted it:

Judge, this statement didn't aim at leaving an "impression," it was a direct statement, racist statement that implies that the White people of America are people who don't understand what Latina people went through therefore unable to reach better conclusions. THAT is PURE racism. She stated that she was trying to inspire Latinos who were studying law, but she was radicalizing them instead. What else do you called it? an analogy of her beating around the bush is this: when a Senator holds up a mango fruit and asks her what if it is a mango and her is "um, it may leave an impression that it is a mango". This is ridiculous!
Listen to this woman tap-dancing around the question of the "Wise Latina".

The bottom line is that the Dems and Judge Sotomayor are the biggest losers of this hearing. Reporters reported that Judge Sotomayor blinked 200 times in answering one simple question, a sure sign that she was lying every minute. She never answered any question, or disavowed her racist statements that were expressed many times (only 7 is known) at a span of two decades.

Another group of people that this hearing really trashed is the White people. The Dem Senators are all whites but paid little attention to how the RACIST statements of Judge Sotomayor affect the White people. At the end of the day, the White people had not been apologized to, and remained the losers in this case. I wanted to think that the Senators in this committee would see that the victims of Judge Sotomayor's decision are the White race, and if the comments were made by a White Judge, he would be apologizing to the Hispanic and the America for the rest of his life. Listen to Ricci (the Fire-Fighter who challenged the decision by the lower court and the Appeals court to throw away their promotion test because no blacks passed the test) and Vargas' testimonies before the Senator Committee.

You listen to this testimonies and wonder how the heck did Judge Sotomayor got away with this hearing without being grilled alive as did the arrogant Democrats in the hearing of Bush's nominees (Alito and Roberts). Listen to the standards that the Dems put down during Bush's nomination hearings.

He was talking about Alito, but he congratulated Judge Sotomayor of how professional she is and how qualified she is to the Supreme Court. The same judge who denied ever saying anything that offended white people, that lied about her statements and support for anti-gun and abortion. She lied and if Senator Schumer was true to his words, Judge Sotomayor should never be even considered a nominee to this Supreme Court.
Watch how she danced around Sen. Graham's question on abortion and gun-rights.

SHE LIED! she continued to lie! US will have the first Latina woman and a female racist in the Supreme Court.

The biggest Winners are the White/Latino Fire-fighters
Without these men, Judge Sotomayor's statements would have been, what President Barrack Obama called, "just words". Their court-case is indeed a reflection of Judge Sotomayor's philosophy which embraces empathy for the "minority". She didn't even know how to explain the Ricci case and her comments that her bing a Latina affected her rulings as a judge, but she got a pass with the support of the same Senators who trashed every Bush's nominee that went before them. The 200 blinks explains her lies.

Political Implication of this Nominee... to be continued!
