New Zealand All Blacks Defeated England Against all odds

All Blacks Winger, Savea. Scored 2 Trys against England
Last year, 2012, England defeated the All Blacks in what was the New Zealand's worst defeat in its history. But this time, the Kiwis, in my opinion, returned the favor against all odds; they won in spite of the worst refereeing and the dirty performance of the English players.

First, the referee's calls were absolutely influenced by a crowd who was extremely loud everytime the referee made a call. And it was obvious that England's Try was absolutely illegal. The referee first asked the TMO to have a look at the movement toward the All Black's Try-line. The slow motion movement showed the player carrying the ball was onside, but the player in front of the picker reached down and touched the ball seconds before the picker scooped up the ball and dived to the Try-line. That was an obvious penalty against England. The referee, one of the best in the sport of Rugby, without listening to the TMO's opinion, told the referee what he saw and his opinion. The TMO had no choice but to agree. That was indeed appalling.

Secondly, the referee missed a crucial obstruction by an England forward play in critical areas that would have given the All Blacks incredible advantage. When the All Blacks Scrum-half was obviously taken out at the England 10 mr line, giving way for a clean England escape. That was an apparent professional foul and one that could have easily sent an England player in to the bin but the referee kept it going.

Furthermore, Ashton - England's Winger, kicked the ball and chased, Rich McCaw was taken out in an apparent obstruction effort by an England player, which the referee ignored, but somehow called back for a pentalty against Crocket. The Referee had his back to where the supposed penalty occurred. Instead of asking TMO to take a look at the incident, he penalized the All Blacks. The video replays by the TV crews showed McCaw was taken out illegally, and that Ashton threw himself against Crocket with a Holly Wood style, but it earned them another penalty.

Finally, the referee was quick to send an All Blacks player, and one of their key forwards - Reid - but England was penalized so many times in their own half but never received any yellow card nor did the referee give them warning as he did earlier in the match against the All Blacks. This, in my opinion, is a referee's decision what is what what's not legal. But as a spectator, there were too many deliberate foul play inside England's half that should have resulted in a yellow card.

However, the match demonstrated the quality of Rugby in both countries. Last year, New Zealand lost to England in one of the England's best performances in a long time. They demonstrated just how improved England's Rugby is since winning the World Cup against the host team, Australia, in 2003. But tonight, the All Blacks's victory was a sweet pay-back for a year overdue lose  for the World's no: 1 ranked nation, New Zealand.
