When Mother Nature Speaks

When mother nature speaks, humans listen. The ordeal of the past few days shows that humans can't really control "mother nature", or to be precise, the natural order of things. Human beings are so brilliant; they can predict when a hurricane formulates, where its heading, its speed and magnitude, what time it arrives at certain cities etc., but they, to this day, with all the intelligence that brought them to the Moon and explore Mars, still cant stop a Hurricane. 
Hurricane Sandy left behind a trail of destruction in some of the busiest cities and states in the North; especially the metropolitan city of New York. The most populated, powerful state in the Union went DARK for hours as Hurricane slammed into it. It tore through the heart of New York, destroying, and ripping apart beautiful homes, shops, buildings; throwing cars here and there and destroying the city's power supply, and flooding cities as near the coastal area. Sandy left millions homeless and hopeless. 
The storm had already claimed many lives, and the number is climbing.
